Nature bingo is a fun and simple game you can play with friends, family, groups, by yourself, and even in online communities!
If you’re like me, you may find your mind racing with all the things you have to do while trying to enjoy your time in nature.
Or maybe you can’t get off your phone.
Maybe you’re looking for a way to get your kids or friends involved in enjoying and learning about the world around them.
The answer is always Nature Bingo.
You can get the printable version when you sign up for my newsletter – but enjoy the explanation below so you know exactly how to use it!
Below I will introduce different ways you can play this game – but I want to make one thing clear before we start.
The best way to play this game is to take a photo when you find a bingo item – try not to disturb the land around you.
5 in a Row
The easiest way to play nature bingo is to try and find 5 of the items that make a row.
This can be diagonal, vertical, or horizontal!
Once you find 5 items in a row you make Bingo! Whoever is first wins!
Fill the Entire Card
Feeling adventurous? Need something to do on a long hike?
You can aim to fill out the entire bingo card! That is why I tried to make it as accessible as possible.
However, if this seems overwhelming you can make it a weekend or weekly challenge.
Every Sunday you check in and see if you finished your entire card!
Make A Shape or Letter
If you want to get even more creative with it you can aim to make a letter or shape.
Like an X or a Z!
You can pick most letters from the alphabet to use and you can even get creative and try to make a tree shape!
More to Come
I plan on making different variations of this bingo so if you have any requests or ideas feel free to leave a comment below!
Also, I’d love to be tagged in the photos that you take while you play it! Follow me on Instagram!
